Code Violations
The City of Madisonville has adopted several city ordinances designed to reduce nuisances associated with the following particular code violations: care of premises, graffiti, high weeds and grass, litter, trash and debris, junked vehicles, dangerous buildings and vehicle parking in residential areas as defined in Chapter 18 of the Madisonville city ordinances. The City has also adopted the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code.
